Commercial Agreement & Developer Terms
By accessing AppZone.in websites, deploying our developer SDKs, utilizing the PNR Converter API (pnr.appzone.in), or provisioning AppZone Dial telephony instances, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance & Authority
By accessing or using the AppZone.in platform (including appzone.in, pnr.appzone.in, and related subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporation, travel management company (TMC), online travel agency (OTA), or enterprise entity, you represent that you possess lawful authority to bind such organization.
2. Scope of Services & Ephemeral Computing
AppZone provides enterprise software engineering, high-throughput REST APIs for Global Distribution System (GDS) parsing, and real-time VoIP/SIP telecommunication pipelines:
Clients are solely responsible for securing their API access tokens and secret keys. Compromised keys must be immediately rotated via the client dashboard.
You acknowledge that PNR conversion and telephony streams operate on ephemeral RAM architectures and do not archive raw passenger or voice records.
3. Quotas, Subscriptions & Invoicing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on recurring monthly or annual billing cycles with defined conversion or concurrency capacities:
- Fair Use & Rate Limits: Exceeding plan quotas results in standard
HTTP 429 Too Many Requestsstatus codes until upgraded or reset. - Taxation & GST Compliance: Invoices issued to Indian entities automatically include applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST 18%) alongside formal GSTIN tax invoices.
- Global Currency Billing: International engagements are processed in USD / EUR with zero hidden transaction surcharges.
4. Service Levels & Uptime Guarantee
We engineer geo-redundant edge pipelines to deliver high-availability service uptime. While high-grade uptime is maintained, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for upstream airline GDS format deprecations.
5. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
All proprietary parser engines, compression algorithms, and telephony wrappers remain the intellectual property of AppZone. Custom development contracts explicitly delineate code assignment rights upon final milestone settlement.
6. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
